This weekend sees the Bracknell Bees start their weekends action on the road Saturday to face their M4 rivals the Swindon Wildcats (5.45pm faceoff) before returning to The Hive to face the league leading Milton Keynes Lightning (6pm faceoff).
The Bees split last weekend with the Manchester Phoenix with a win a piece. The Bees took the points on the road before the Phoenix had their revenge on Sunday evening at The Hive.
The Wildcats and Bees faced off in pre-season action and since then the Wildcats have won three and lost three in their opening six games. Coming off the back of wins over Telford and Guildford they are sure to be on a high going into Saturdays game at the Link Center and the Bees will be looking to repeat last weekend’s success on the road.
Sunday sees the current league leaders visit The Hive and with the Lightning currently unbeaten the Bees will have to work hard and remain disciplined to give themselves the opportunity to take something from the home game at The Hive.
Tickets for the Sundays home game v Milton Keynes are now available from the rink box office on 01344 789000 or can be purchased on the day.
Anyone who still needs to collect their Season Member Card or for those Sponsors and Team Partners who wish to collect their Season passes please also head to hospitality, upstairs, and see either Matt Fettel or Carol Miller.
The weekly 50/50 cash prize draw will be return at the home game on Sunday as will the ever popular Shirt Off A Back raffle. It is defenceman Jack Hayes’s shirt up from grabs this weekend! Raffle ticket sellers can be found in the foyer at reception, in the Bees Knees bar and around the rink – remember you need to BEE In It To Win It!
Also the post-game signing table returns this week so why not bring those jerseys, programmes etc.. along and get them signed. This is a weekly event so please check our social media and programme each week to see who will be manning the signing table after each game. On the signing table tonight post-game will be Jack Hayes, Scott Spearing & David Gaborcik!
